Exchange
- For online purchases: You have 30 days from the delivery date of your order. Item(s) to
be exchanged at a Khaadi store only where the same category is available. If a Khaadi
store is not in your city, you have 7 days from the delivery date of your order.
- Exchanges are not applicable on sales/promotion items.
- Items must be in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
- Exchanges must be made in the same country where the original purchase was made.
- Exchanges are not applicable for items categorised as Fragrances, Intimates, Jewelry and
Hair Accessories.
- Cash and credit refunds are not applicable.
ONLINE ORDER CANCELLATION
You can cancel your order before it is processed i.e., if you have not confirmed your order
within 12 hours of placing it by emailing us at customercare@ApexBazaar.com. A full refund
will be initiated to the original payment method. Once the order is shipped, you will
receive confirmation by email, including tracking information. including but not limited to
- If the item(s) you ordered are out of stock at the time of processing.
- In the event of pricing errors or discrepancies.
- If payment via credit card is declined by the issuing financial institution.
